1. An Assessment

We will schedule a member of our care team to visit your home. This will involve discussing your daily routine, learning more about you and your needs as well as your health and any other concerns you may have. After the assessment, we will determine what services would be best for you.

2. You Choose A Caregiver

After you have completed the assessment & received approval, you will choose a caregiver. Your caregiver can be your daughter, son, relative, or friend. We will come to your home to complete all the necessary paperwork to get things going.

3. Your Care Begins — They Start Receiving A Check

Once everything has been finalize your in-home care & support for your loved one will begin. One of our caring, compassionate and professional caregivers will begin providing the services. In turn, they will start receiving a weekly check. This applies to family caregivers. For them, this serves as a nice bonus on top of getting to spend precious time with YOU!

(NOTE: If you are interested in Medicaid this process can include determining if you’re eligible for Medicaid-funded care in your home based on your health conditions & needs. We can assist you with that process. It may take some time. But, if approved you will receive an authorization letter that will explain how many hours per week of care you are eligible for. Then, we can move to the next step!)
